About this course
This course onboards new expert reviewers on the StudyFetch NCLEX-RN, NCLEX-PN, and FNP review platform. It walks reviewers through every section of the official Expert Reviewer's Handbook — accepting their workspace invite, choosing between Highlight + Comment with AI, Manual Edits, or the Hybrid path, approving questions for the two-reviewer pipeline, validating the four Explanation parts (Why the Answer is Correct, Why Other Options are Wrong, Key Concept, High-Yield Facts), handling Unfolding Case Studies, applying StudyFetch's content guidance (pharmacology specificity, item-type fit, variety), and knowing exactly when and how to escalate to admin. By the end, reviewers can confidently move questions through the queue at the quality bar Karla, Marelle, and Andrew expect.
