Introducing Honen for your LMS
Today we're making Honen work inside the LMS you already use. You can now add fully embedded Honen course experiences inside Canvas, Moodle, Skilljar, and more, without moving your courses, your people, or your data anywhere.
Honen is an AI-native learning platform. You give it your material, drag in documents, connect your internal sources, or just type a topic, and it builds a full course from it, teaches that course with a personal AI tutor, and shows you who understood the material and who's stuck. The same content becomes ten different formats, and instead of just reading and watching, learners actually do the work: a salesperson runs a mock client meeting and gets feedback, someone learning a new tool gets walked through it step by step. Until now, all of that lived in its own Honen workspace, which can run as a complete LMS on its own. The thing is, plenty of teams already have an LMS they like, and they shouldn't have to leave it to get any of this. Now they don't.
Why this matters
Switching learning systems is painful. When a company, school, or union has years of rosters, grades, and habits built around Canvas or Moodle, moving everyone to something new is rarely worth it, no matter how good the new thing is. So we took the choice off the table. You keep the system you already run, and Honen's course experience runs inside it. Your existing setup stays exactly as it is, and your learners get an AI tutor, hands-on projects, and ten ways to learn the same material, right where they already work.
Connect in a few minutes. Adding Honen to your LMS is essentially pasting one link. It uses LTI 1.3, the standard your LMS already speaks, so there's nothing to rebuild.
Rosters and groups set themselves up. Honen reads who's enrolled and their roles straight from your LMS and builds the matching groups automatically. Nothing to import by hand.
No separate login for anyone. People are already signed in through your LMS, so they just click in and start. No second account, no extra password.
Everything runs right inside the LMS. Add a Honen module to a course and the full experience opens there. Learners and instructors never have to leave the tool they already use. There's also a one-click option to open Honen in a new tab, already signed in, if someone prefers a full-window view.
Grades flow back automatically. Completion, scores, and Honen's AI-graded mastery sync into your existing gradebook, which stays your record of truth.
